Employees can simply visit our website, enter your company’s unique Wellness Code, and receive exclusive savings on available clinical testing services. The process is quick and convenient: select the desired panel or test, complete the secure checkout process, and receive a barcode.

The barcode can then be presented at a participating local collection facility, where the employee’s specimen will be collected.

Once testing is complete, employees will receive an email notification with a secure link to access their results. All results are reviewed by one of Elite Services’ physicians before being released.
